Auntie Eni’s is built and led by women, with a commitment to representation, craftsmanship, and community. We’re proud to be an independently owned small business creating space—and flavor—where it matters.

All of our ingredients are domestically sourced from responsible growers and suppliers we trust. We care deeply about quality, integrity, and the people behind the food.

Yes. We use real spices and herbs—no fillers, no artificial colors, and no unnecessary additives.

Because we use natural ingredients and produce in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or aroma are normal and expected—and a sign of freshness, not
inconsistency.

Our spice blends are plant-based and contain no gluten ingredients. However, we do not currently certify them as gluten-free.

We begin processing orders quickly. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before submitting.

At this time, Auntie Eni’s focuses on direct-to-consumer sales. Wholesale partnerships may be considered in the future.

Our products are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delays are outside our control. We recommend checking tracking details or contacting the carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Because our products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or
exchanges once an order has shipped.

Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Always reseal tightly after use.

For best flavor, we recommend using within 12 months. Proper storage helps preserve aroma and potency.
